Keeping your feet as clean as possible helps with stinky feet as well as using powder or deodorant on your feet. As for stinky shoes, I have a wonderful remedy that works great. When you're not wearing your shoes, stuff newspaper in them. The paper absorbs any moisture from your feet sweating. And the carbon in the newsprint absorbs odors. I've done this with my stinkiest pair of shoes and overnight, they smell fresh again. When I go to the gym, I usually keep newspaper in my shoes, so my clothes don't smell like feet before I get to the gym. Works like a charm!

If they're not leather yes you can wash them. For the time being, get yourself a spray that you can spray into your shoes, available at the drug store. Nest you need to cut out sugar and empty carbs like donuts etc. out of your diet. Rub your feet with rubbing alcohol and then use a good foot cream. If your feet stink you have way too much yeast in your body, by cutting out the sugar and eat fruits plus drink 6-8 glasses of water you might get rid of your stinky feet.

I wash my shoes all the time, it does not always get rid of the smell though. I use a deodorant crystal(get it a heath food store)on my feet and it's the only thing that helps, I also keep a travel pack of baby wipes in my purse in case I have to take my shoes off.

You need to buy thin cotton socks for the gym for a couple reasons #1. The smell (obviously) and #2. If your feet are wet enough to smell they are wet enough to grow bacteria and fungi, not a nice thought. Thin cotton socks, foot powder and good hygiene. Oh and throw your stinky shoes out, NOW!

Socks can stop the stink. That is why we wear them.
That is actually pretty gross that you don't wear socks for physical activity...you are begging for a foot fungus.

You can try washing your feet and shoes often and using an anti-oder foot powder or spray...but get some socks!
