Have you tried doing it manually? I mean, dragging the podcast file into the iPod? It might work.

check you're iPod preferences. You may not have it set up to automatically update your Nano. I wouldn't do it automatically though, podcasts can eat up space quick. just create a playlist and drag the podcasts you want into there and have your nano update from that to save space.

yup, it wont play movies. in case you have audio podcasts & its no longer importing them you need to make a playlist for them to be on & verify it below prefrences then this is going to flow on. i knwo what you recommend, at situations you're waiting to love kill itunes becuz in case you're havign a difficulty it is complicated. superb of success :-)
