means hes been noticing u sinceeeeeeeeeeeeeeee last year, and u have done a great job in improving ur looks, u definitely look good.

Honestly, I think he's avoiding what he would consider the truth. My advice, never ask a boy something like that...especially a teenage boy. He will either be too nervous to truthfully answer or answer from his hormones. He might also avoid the truth if he feels it will hurt your feelings. Too me, he's saying you've just improved from last year (not that you're ugly) but, he was avoiding his real answer. Move on from him...and try not to ask questions like "do you think i'm pretty" Good luck! :)

he is being very diplomatic about the whole thing. he doesn't want to hurt your feelings by saying what he really thinks...don't wast time with him. beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
