hi!, well first it used to be a guys sport but nowadays women are covering all kind of sports that before just sat and watched the boys play. There are lots of football teams with only girls as members, and not only in football remember, that there's the WNBA

I actually think its both. I've know plenty of women that have enough aggression to play football. Football isn't ENTIRELY about strength and power. A lot of it is intellectual. Even the times when it is about power and speed.... consider... that women are likely to be playing against other women...and that lack of power (compared to a man) isn't important. A female can clear another female from a running lane just as easily as a man can clear another man. While I dont think you will see the same intensity as you might see with a man's game, I think it definitely could be played by both.

Viewing: Of course its for both. Its visual. Women can appreciate a good hit and a great run just as much as any guy. The subtleties of a great blocking scheme or a well timed counter can be taught to anyone regardless of their sex.

Co-ed football? I dont think it should exist. Sorry.. It sounds sexist I'm sure, but I have been on a team with a female, and it was nothing but a distraction and she couldn't compete with us. I appreciated the hard work that she put on, but they should form female teams. They've done the same for other sports, as I dont remember Highschool volleyball, soccer or tennis being co-ed?

Both. I know female fans, and I've seen questions from female players. It's just a matter of time before larger-scale female involvement on the high school and college levels begin...and that's usually a precursor to a professional league...
