Give him so space, but continue to wave, smile, or say ,"Hello," to him when you run into each other, and tell him that the two of you need to talk. Plan a time and place (like a Starbucks or something) where the two of you can meet and discuss "the incident." By doing this, you give him time to think of what he is going to talk to you about, because by comfronting him on the street he is caught off guard. Also, if he doesn't wan't to talk, then make him listen to your side of "the incident", if he still refuses to talk to you, then forget about him, he isn't worth it.

What was the inicident? Try walking in his shoes, would you want him to take you back? Maybe you should just leave him alone if thats the case. Going for someone because theyre ''hot'' is so shallow, how would you feel if someone only judged you on that basis?

Depends on the incident. You are not giving enough info.

Since I don't know the incident, can't tell you much. So I say just talk it over with him.
