Hey can a born women have a working penis attached on her body that works like a mans and still have her pussy, not a sex change or anything like that just a women with a penis.

To my knowledge "No". I know a man can have it inverted to become like a woman, but I never heard of a woman having it pulled out to become a man. There's another thought that goes right along with this and that is, once a man has that done, it's irreversible and he can never change back to be a woman again. I would consider just buying a strap on, at least they come in different sizes and colors, you just won't have the feeling that a man does when you penetrate.

Search for sex change operations on the Web. Although, from what I've read, the penis won't work like one that was born there. A prosthetic of some sort is needed.
