to be a little more clear, I mean sneezing without the comfort of a tissue, and blowing noses, like the one nostril covered with a finger and blowing chunks of boogers on the sidewalk... not the polite sneeze or nose blow into a tissue, and why do people insist on blowing their noses in a restaurant... into a tissue... while others are eating? Did no one ever hear of a bathroom.... retch!

sneezing is acceptable when covering ones mouth, cant really help a sneeze.. they are kind of sneaky. lol. HOWEVER.. the rest can be helped or held in. Yes it is disgusting and rude. Have these people never heard of a restroom ? To all of you who do this stuff.. EEEEWWWW, and believe it or not there have been inventions in the past years to help with these things, like thin pieces of paper like stuff called tissues, and there were special rooms built called restrooms, you know the ones with the toilets in them ? USE THEM. Not everyone around you appreciates your bodily functions.

When they say excuse me it's OK, when they don't say anything then it's just rude. But gross? only with burping or farting. Sneezing and Blowing noses are things that people can't really avoid. Although, if you don't burp at the end of a meal in Japan, then it is concidered rude (as if to say that you didn't enjoy it).

Don't mind it when they sneeze, but hate it when they sneeze on my face. I always cover my mouth and turn my head as far as I can to avoid other people. Blowing the nose... sometimes you HAVE to do it, but If I have to, I always hide my face and try to make no noise. Burping and Farting are just in my black list.

Burping or farting I agree... But I've never been of the idea of excusing yourself because of sneezing (that's why you cover your mouth while you sneeze, so as to avoid affecting other people, that's the respect you show for them). Additionally, you can't control sneeze, and it's a natural urge, which can"t be said of burping or farting.

Bad manners of all type seem to bother me quite a bit, but i don't let it get to me too much because most of the time I don't or hardly know the person, so they can go do their own thing.
