In a situation where there is heart ach from adopting my kids out.?

Is there any way to deal with this pain and heart ach?

If I understand the question, did you give your kids for adoption? If this is the case, all i can say to you is this. There is no greater love than that of a parent who can give their kids up to someone when they themselves cannot raise them. I have been blessed to be able to raise a little girl whose mother trusted me enough and loved her enough to let me raise her. I have 2 children I have raised who are now grown and although I never expected to start again, I would not trade it for the world. If this is what you are asking about, be at peace knowing you have made the ultimate sacrifice a parent can do in loving a child so much you have given them the opportunity of a life time. It does not take away from your love from them. It only enhances it. I hope it makes sense.

If you did not feel that you would make a good father, a good role model, or couldn't provide for them financially then you did the right thing.
But knowing that you did the right thing doesn't make it any easier. Unfortunately you gave away a piece of your heart. It will always be missing and you'll never feel complete.
It will probably get easier over time, but if it's really bothering you, you might want to seek counseling so you won't fall victim to other ways of dealing with your grief (alcohol, drugs).

Obviously you have done this for very good reasons. Its not an easy thing to do but when you know you cant afford or give the child the life they deserve then its for the best. You will never get over this heartache, this is why parents try and find there children at a later date. Think about why you did this and how you would have benfited your children. You will be okay, and so will your children.
