Yes, When you are adding files to your burn job just browse to the linked computer through your network places and the burner software will read the files as if they were on the local computer.

edit: reading the answer below I agree, perhaps you can have the burner software copy the files to a cd image (iso) and then burn the cd from the image file.

Probably but not recomended due to potential slowdowns messing up the burn.
