my period always starts really light and then gets heavier before the end,and sometimes i get this brownish looking stuff and like little pieces of blood tissue i especially notice it when i shower.What causes this is it normal?

Very normal. Your uterus built tissue preparing for pregnancy each month. When it did not happen the tissue breaks down thus blood and tissue discharge, mensturation. Very normal.

Brown blood is older. that's been portion of the build up of lining on your uterus. the whole purpose of having a era is to shed this lining in case you do not grow to be pregnant for the period of that cycle.

I could be part of you're lining that is older and the last to slough off. The particles can be this too. It is normal.

It's most likely old blood, but it could also be what is called a missed miscarriage or blighted ovum.
