My right ovary has been aching for about 2 months now or so and now my period is a little late and I'm getting concerned. What do you all think? Any advice would be great. I made a Dr. Appt, but it's not til sometime in the middle of the month. Thank you!

Hello. You know sometimes women think their ovaries are sore when in fact it's another organ of some kind. Like your liver or your intestines even. If you mean you have menstrual cramps, then that's different. Your age and your birth control status would help with any kind of advice I could try and give you.
These are all factors as you probably know.
Maybe you could give me some more details..
