Enzymes speed up chemical reactions, specifically glucose, and other monosachharides, which plants use to create energy. And that's bad. REALLY REALLY BAD!!!

enzymes are specific to bodies and the processes. The food for plant are different is different what v ate. And hence the enzymes to digest them are different.

Because such enzymes, once they reach your digestive tract, will not function as enzymes at such a low pH, and will quickly be digested, the same as any other protein.
