It says it's usually posted on the drivers side door jamb but the car has been repainted and it isn't there...

Measure from the center of the front wheel to the center of the back wheel.

The Chevelle was built atop a new A-frame platform and had a 112 inch wheelbase.

Measure the distance of the centre of the front and rear tires.

normally it is but you should be able to take the vin# to the chevy dealer and they can tell you. Other than that have a friend help you and use a tape measure...this should do it for you
