Get a movie camera and film yourself delivering your speach. Then you and maybe a good friend can critique your work. Also stand in front of a mirror and watch your body language. The most important thing to do is to know your subject. If you are unsure of what you are talking about this will come through to your audience immediately. Continue to follow this program until time to deliver your presentation. Then it won't be so scary and strange to you. Confidence in public speaking comes from practice and knowledge. Refrain from making too many gestures. Just deliver your speach as though you were talking with friends. You will do just fine!

Just practice till you have basicall memorized it. I get that way sometime too. I also talk to myself just saying that I look the best out of anyone here or just little things to boost my confidence! Most colleges have a speech or public communication course you can take, I took one. And it made a world of difference!! jsust check around and see what you can find! Good luck, you get better at it, I promise!!

I don't know about any course you can take.......the key is to practice until you know and understand what you are speaking about. PRETEND you have confidence and you will! Good luck to you!
Check out your local college..they may offer a Speech class or an Oral Communications class to help you!

Practice in front of a mirror, your family, or friends. The more prepared you are the less likely that you are going to worry about screwing up. Also, if you break the ice with a joke, then you are set.

At home, use the old trick of practicing in front of a mirror. Also, you can record yourself to listen to your voice tone & improve it.
