everyone has a fear of something, be honest

losing my family, already lost a sister, my daughter, my grandfather, and my dad in the last four years...biggest fear-losing anyone else.

I fear failure. The fear failing to raise my child enough to ensure that she will become & stay closer to God & strong enough to protect herself from the world's harm. I fear that I will die before I can have the ones I love truly know & accept the real me. I fear that I will hurt the ones I love without trying to. I fear not being accepted enough to make friends. I fear being hurt by people. I fear not reaching my true potental. I fear that my husband will never be healed from his addictions. I fear that I will lose the next baby I try to have (already lost two). I fear that I will never be respected and liked at work. I fear that I am surrounded by fake people that are full of selfish motives. I fear that the world will hurt my daughter the way it has hurt me. But I still find happiness, peace, love and joy- in my relationship with God. So the fears are being wiped away and shown for what they truly are....lies.

My biggest fear is fire. And, I'm afraid to take a cruise because I have a fear of drowning. The thought didn't bother me so much until I saw the movie Titanic. Then I got to thinking how awful it would be to sink to the bottom of the ocean while all kinds of fish are nibbling at your body.

Someone must fear this question. They gave it a thumbs down. I think it's a good question. I don't like snakes - not the little bitty kind, but the big, poisonous, "I'm going to sqeeze your guts out and eat you" kind. I don't like them at all.
I also don't like the "big lips" picture that a female on this site uses. They scare me away from her questions for some reason - maybe I was attacked by lips once.
