Both. I grow veggies and fruit, also I pick wild berries for freezing and canning, and morels in the spring are quite yummy. And I know a few other wild foods. Also, I've just started, in my 40s, to learn hunting. My bf is teaching me turkey hunting, and a girlfriend and her husband are giving the the deer-hunting 101 lessons. I also fish.
