Gosh, what are you talking about? Could it be the Foley non-sex scandal. (That is, he only flirted with a youngster, and did not have sex with him.)

Let us review the karma of the Democrat party. A Democrat legislator, when the Dems were still in charge, named Studds, got two 17 year old male pages drunk, then buggered them. They complained, and the Democrat controlled ethics committee concluded the victims were not reliable witnesses. So, Studds only got a censure, and when he returned to the floor, the wonderful Dems gave him a standing ovation.

Um, then there was Democrat legislator Mel Reynolds, who had sex with a 16 year old girl. Since it was taken away from the ethics committee and given to the police, he received a five year prison sentence. PRESIDENT CLINTON WROTE HIM A PARDON!!!!!!!!

More recently, there was a prostitution ring running out of the house of Barney Franks, also a Dem, who claimed somehow he was unaware of it.

Note the difference. Foley did not even have sex with that boy, but he instantly when confronted with it, resigned. And, the Republican leaders turned on him, instead of giving him a free pass as Dems do for Dems.

So if we Republicans don't understand irony or karma, you lieberals aren't going to have the ability to teach it to us.
