If there is a planned parenthood near you, that is your best bet. They are very confidential, but more importantly, they will give you the pills right on the spot, not a prescription, so you wont need medical insurance, money, to tell your mother, or to go to a pharmacy.
If its your first time they will make you fill out some papers and if you make alot of $$ they may charge you a small fee, but you still get the pills that day. ... & the sooner the better ;)

maybe you are too young to be having sex in the minds of some ppl, but at least you are responsible & smart enough to plan ahead & that itself speaks miles for your maturity.

Many of the answers you have gotten have some truth in them...you can go to Planned Parenthood for free BCP...you really need to consider the consequences of starting to be sexually active at such a young age...protection from sexually transmitted diseases does not come in the form of a pill (condom) and you WILL need both...I am patting you on the back for having the foresight to get protection. Good luck!

This is going to sound so Mom-like, and I appologize up front for that. BUT, you should not be having sex at all if you are not old enought to buy birth control for yourself! There is a reason for this--you are not mentally ready to handle all of what goes with having sex. Also, there could be a baby involved--and if you don't think it can happen to you, you should ask my grandson what he thinks! His mom didn't think it could happen to her, either!

Just wait! Why are you rushing. If you are at the age where you want to have sex, you shouldn't be far away from being of proper age to get birth control pills.

planned parenthood will provide you with birthcontrol. call them and set up an appointment. i dont know how old you are, but make sure your ready to even become sexually active. you dont have to do anything you dont want to. most young girls become active because they feel pressured by their boyfriends. you make the decision for yourself, not someone else. hope i have helped

if you are not comfortable with telling your parents you are sexually active, you should get in touch with your local Planned Parenthood. They will not tell your parents, and will contact you anonymously. they have well-trained physicians who are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Consider telling your parents anyway, most of them are more understanding than you may think!

The only way I can think of is if you have your parents consent. Im sure your parent/guardian would have to be there though.
