Isn't 100 the reference point for average intellience? Like the "average" American reads at a sixth grade level. So 122 would be very good for anybody at any age. But the answer to how you FEEL about it and how you USE it is the key question to be answered. That will decide how happy and how successful you are in life today and always - being well-adjusted is more important than IQ. But congratulations, anyway.

The testing at that age would not be accurate. Most IQ tests are designed and work best for adults. A better guage at 11 would be reading, writing and maths skills. Do an IQ test later, if you want, but don't be surprised if the IQ goes down or up from 122.
That being said, an IQ at 122, even if innacurate, seems quite good. (A lot better than an innacurate IQ of 80 or so).
If it proves to be correct, then make sure that learning is modified to suit and to challenge, so that they don't get bored. The biggest mistake is to give smart kids more work at the same level, which might bore them, rather than challenging work which stimulates them.
Yes it is good.
Channel them into a career which is stimulating, makes good use of their strong points, and pays well, so they can support you in your old age.

It depends on the person. You see, a person can have a massive IQ and still be a complete failure. It's important to be well-rounded. I recommend that you look up the importance of the EQ, which will give you the emotional intelligence quotient. There have been many intelligent people throughout history who were social morons. The question is, if you are this 11 year old, are you somehow seeking approval and praise from other people on the basis of your IQ? If so, ask yourself why.

It depends.

Being an 11 year old with an IQ of 122, and surrounded by 11 year olds with IQs averaging 100 cannot be qualitatively described.

Other factors, such as culture, influence of supervising adults, EQ of the 11 year old and his/her peers will be useful information in trying to work out probability of a desired outcome.
