Why is it people keep asking for the best cellular provider?

Cell phone use is HUGE. It is like oxygen to some people. If air were only for sale, we'd all be scrambling to find the best deal on that, too....

For myself, I use maybe, 15 minutes a month, so it is not anything I really care to haggle about.
