Gary Bloom, John Helm, Ian Darke and the Irish guy who does Serie A (Paddy something).
Helm did the World Cup Final and Champions League games.

John Motson, Gary Lineker, Alan Hansen, and Ian Wright are pretty good British commentators, and the latter is quite entertaining. Tommy Smith is a good Champions League Commentator and brings lots of enthusiasm and passion for the game with him, and has a leaning towards Scottish players, which makes sense because he's a Scott. Fernando Fiore, he of the "gooooolll," brings latin flair to the commentator role. Also, I like Heather Mitts commentating on games, not because she is good at it, but rather because she's hot. And finally, steer clear of Eric Wrynalda and Marcelo "I look like Jesus" Balboa. They are absolutely dreadful.
