Could I play the sims 2 and not have it take up the entire screen, or at least allow me minimize it...etc..

Simple ^_^
Just click on the "Start" button on your Taskbar. Then, go to All Programs>EA Games>The Sims 2 and right click on the name, choose "Open". Right-Click on The Sims 2 icon and then, click on "Properties". Then, in the "Target Line" under Shortcut, type a space, then "-w" and then click "Apply". It'll be in permanent windowed mode (where you can minimize and close like an internet window) unless you take that out.

in case you could play it on a smaller reveal, it could be under the innovations menu. I play Sims 2 to boot. i replace into no longer able to discover an option to pick a smaller reveal. Sorry!

You cant have it on a smaller screen but you can minimize by pressing that windows button on your keyboard. Thats my method. You know that little flag thing.

go to the options page thingy and then their, it will say i think thats how u do it sorry i havent played it in a long time!
