Just out of curiosity, will doing a lot of burnouts overtime burnout your clutch?

Does wiping your butt with sandpaper give you a bad case of the 'roids? You betcha slick! Dumping the clutch will burn it up in a hurry. Also will warp the flexplate. Both require transmission removal. And good tires aren't cheap either.

Go right ahead we yamster mechanics like your KIND! just as long as you have the money to replace the parts you burn out. Every mechanic stated the answer just right. Yes clutch tires motor mounts gear box and motors suffer when tires are smoking! Want-a Race non stock 2006 Pontiac GTO? Both rear tires smoke as I pull away from your car.

yes it will eventually,,i own a repair shop,,and this isn't good for any clutch,,unless its a racing clutch,and is intended for this kind of treatment,i have replaced a lot of them from people just trying to do burn outs,,id be care full unless you want to be replacing it any time soon,good luck i hope this help,s.

YOU BETCHA RED AND IT ALSO BURNS OUT THE ENGINE AND THE ROUND RUBBER THINGS THAT IT RIDES ON. WHY DO YOU WANNA DO BURNOUTS AS EXPENSIVE AS TIRES AND GASOLINE ARE NOT TO MENTION THE COST OF A CAR TOO.

you can bet your last dollar on that of course it will ruin the clutch and the tires.

I AM A MECHCANIC.YES THAT WILL DAMAGE BOTH YOUR CLUTCH AND CAR,POSSIBLITY YOU CAN DAMAGE YOU GEAR BOX.
