Go to http://www.easy-fundraising-ideas.com/
They can set up very useful fundraisers. Some of the best turnout ones are probably the dominoes pizza cards, but only if you have a dominoes nearby.

If you do this, you might want to buy at least 200 pizza cards, which might be a bit tough to sell at $10 each.

Sell gum. Seriously. If it's allowed at your school it works incredibly well. It's about 50 cents a pack to buy, so get a varity and charge a dollar each. I girl I know tried it and was instantly knocked over by all the people trying to hand her money.

Blowpops (or another candy) sell like crazy! Get a box of 100 from Costco for about 6 bucks and sell each lollipop for 25 cents.

funfun♥
school trips are fun.
you could get your school involved with it actually.
talk to principle/dean/teachers/etc.
'n maybe you as a class can do bake sales or something.
we did it last year and managed to raise about $700-800 total over about a month and half.
see how much time you have left till the payments are due.
-cookies
-doughnuts
-brownies
-cupcakes
-etc.
if you buy a box of 20 chocolate chip cookies for $3(ralphs)
sell each cookie for about $0.50 that'z $10
and you raised $7
at home lemonade stand.. abandon hope
what you CAN do is if u have any vegetable or fruit trees in your back yard maybe you can try selling those.
your wayy better off that way.

Have you tried working the concession stand at sports event? Some colleges allow high school students to operate concessions at games to earn monies for trips. They supply the food or what ever, you sell, they give a percentage of the earning to you or your school.

Talk to your principle about doing a couple of raffels.
Buy a new popular game or cd, offer raffel tickets for $5.00 each.

If you sold 300 raffel tickets you would have $1500.00. Where can you buy a new CD or Game for $5.00 ?

It depends on who is organizing the trip and the purpose. Add details.
