Possibly, but their are o ther reasons for this. If he was having a heart attack did he complain of chest pain first? He would need to have a loss of consciousness for the incontinence to occur.

It could also be a seizure. Did you see any shaking? Or a stroke as well.

What ever the cause, if you suddenly lose controll of bowel and bladder and this is unusual for you, you need to go to an emergency room and get seen right away, Better to be safe than sorry.

Yes that is possible when you lose consciousness you can lose control of voluntary functions.
