I've always been told the way to estimate your target weight is:
5' =100lbs add 5lbs. for every additional inch in height
Therefore, if your height is 5'4 your target weight would =120lbs.
At 5'1/4, and 90 lbs, you have room to gain, but aren't too thin. Just try not to lose any weight.

each a style of %. appear like they're photoshopped. interior the 1st your palms appear like they're cut back off some and interior the final it looks such as you probably did a very shakey activity trimming your back facet.. If there is not any photoshop, you're thinnish-averagish weight.

i am 13 too and i weigh 100 pounds. so i think it would be normal to weigh 90 if you dont have huge thighs like me lol
