Norther spain is bordered by both France and Andorra. North West Spain and western Spain shareds a border with Portugal. Hope this helps

Listen to Johnsredgloves advice. Germany and Italy is truly a great geographical choice!!! But as you've asked for 3 countries, I'd add Palestine to this exquisite list.

Anita's right, it's France, Andorra (which can not really be considered a neighbor of NORTHERN Spain, but OK) and Portugal in the West. This is only correct, if we do not consider the Basque Country as an independent state (but you better don't say that in the villages around Irun!).

The only country that actually borders northern Spain is France. I'd say the other two closest countries to northern Spain would be Italy and Germany.
