=speaking Spanish is obviously a plus, but if you are really good and people trust you we have translators available. I understand what you are saying and unless a Hispanic counselor writes you will get no results. The important answer here is to be non-judgemental.

Why do you need techniques to counsel the Hispanic Community? How would you counsel a Black man, a white man,is there any differences there? Are you sure you are qualify to counsel any one? I would stop and think about this very seriously. I feel that is you have to ask that question you need to be counseled first. I know Iam right. Do you thing I am right?
