no matter what I select (head, feet or vent) it only comes out of the vent!

maybe something's blocking it. or maybe its just stuck on "vent". try to see if something's blocking it.

there is linkage in the dash, the controller could be bad, a vacuum problem, wiring. they are involved to test may be easier to take somewhere or find a diagram to test your self.

take it to a dealer or a hvac repair shop

it operates on vaccumn check your switch and see if you have a hose off.
