The real question is not when human life begins but "what is the value of human life"?
The abortionist who reassembles the arms and legs of a tiny baby to make sure all of it's parts have been torn from it's mother body can hardly doubt whether it is a human being.

Human life-- Any living entity that has DNA form the species homo sapien.
This includes an ovum, sperm,zygote, embryo, fetus, newborn.

The value of human life is decreasing all the time, and it is very sad. Our church is quite opposed to abortion, and we are always collecting money and baby clothes, to help mothers who are keeping their babies. Next week is a "Walk for Life" to raise funds to help them, and one of our parishioners constructed 47 wooden crosses to mark the walkway. Each cross stands for a MILLION babies who have been put to death by abortion since Roe Vs. Wade. We pray for those babies, and for the women and their families, who have been hurt by those abortions.

Rachel's Vineyard is a retreat for those women. Please encourage them to contact a Catholic church in their area for information about how to receive blessings and counseling for this grief.

Are you one of those people that think even rape victims should keep the baby? What about a girl raped by her father? Do you have exceptions to the rules? I don't think you should be allowed to abort any baby after 8 weeks of pregnancy. That gives about one month to figure everything out. I would rather a worthless woman abort it than me have to support her and her child she didn't want to begin with. Too many kids in foster care. By the way there is a price for human life just ask any parent who has adopted a child. I'm a mother of four and can't imagine my life without any of them. I do in a way believe that where there is a way there is a will. I believe we should make our on choice and nobody has the right to judge. We will all be judged one day. Leave the judging up to God.

DO you know someone "REAL" whom has had one?

This is a serious issue that is ONLY between a woman and her God and her body. You should be greatly concerned about the government taking any rights away from you as a woman.

The right to choose is the issue. Keep the morality of this in the hands of the woman making the choice.

The harvesting of unused body parts of any dead human is a serious concern, yet the reality that "science" may save my child or your child one day, then that's okay for me.

Do you realize that what you are saying means that every time a woman has her period and an ovum leaves her body she is stopping a human life? Every time a man ejaculates he is stopping a human life? Let's go arrest all teenage boys. That's a bit broad, don't you think?

i personally do not feel that abortion is right, and would not choose this route. but, people do have a right to choose...
i do believe in karma and people will always reep what they sow. i disagree with so many other things that we as humans do to the world and to each other, i would go crazy if i tried to stop people from doing all of the things that i know are wrong and hateful.
the value of human life differs from individual to individual...thats why there's so much controversy on the issue of abortion. people just don't accept that they have to pay for the choices they make and act upon.

I curse abortionist. I can't tolerate abortion. But if it has to be executed any way, it must be based on a reasonable matter just like rape victim who gets pregnant and she's absolutely don't want to keep the baby, or by medical reasons. As long as the abortion which based on those I have said above done in right procedures.

Your definition of Human life: correct?
Is abortion right? I don't believe it is.
Is abortion legal? yes so far, in many countries.
Should the law change? maybe!

but I have not been in such a situation where I needed to consider abortion as an option. and I don't believe that any woman in their right mind go through that decision lightely.

Should we, on top of it, throw stones at them, or insult them, or hurt them? NO.

Should "abortionist" be killed because they agree to carry out the law? ... some kind of a paradox here! don't you think?

you can not put a price on human life because it can not be bought once it is gone you can never get it back abortion is such a horiable way of getting out of a sitution that one gets there self into i thinck that it should be band all around the world these women and girls that have abortions should be ashamed but i know they are not because they are selfish if they do not want kids they should take precautions or keep there legs closed.or better yet get spayed.

There's no doubt in my mind that you're some kind of an extremist who has a problem with a woman's right to choose. I, personally, am pro-life, but not every woman is, and it's her choice.

I agree. I think more people would disagree with abortion if they knew exactly what happened to the fetus such as rippings it's arms and legs off, collapsing it's skull and sucking the brain out, shredding it and throwing it in the trash, ect. How can anyone agree with doing that to a child!?!?!?
