Cheer up! Start by giving yourself a make over. Get new hobbies and at least one sport. Start going out and learn to flirt a lil' bit. Reach out to people you find interesting. And STOP crying yourself to sleep, self-pity is disastrous to good living.
If these don't help, go for professional help ( start with your Doctor ).

Yep, you're depressed. The good news is there is help out there and you can find it almost anywhere. You can see a medical doctor and he/she can refer you to someone.
The problem when you are depressed is that it seems there is no motivation, but you have taken the first step by reaching out.
It could be seasonal changes, family problems, isolation etc., know it's not your fault.
A good counselor or therapist could really help you find the roots of your depression and help you work through it. So know there is hope and people to help you. Good luck to you and all the best.

I used to feel that way and the best way is to talk to some sort of counselor it really helps to talk to someone about your feelings and let them out it's the best if your depressed... and then maybe some medication may help but first you need to talk to a counselor and then they can tell refer you to a doctor for medication or not... Don't worry... it will take time for you to feel better but.. u will / u'll get through it

You may need to get help or the other thing is due to the short days, you may need light from the sun. I suggest you try to spend 30 mins outside. Also listen to music which makes you happy. That is an easy way to help your mood.

We all get sad sometimes . You need to get more exercise , eat
healthy , and spend time in nature . You would be surprised how much better you will feel after only a few days or so !

what not talk to someone you can open up with? like a friend, a relative or anybody.
do you have a problem, or are depressed just because? Are you not contented with your life? missing something, or maybe you want something that you cant get?
It is you who knows what you want, and it is you also who can solve your problem, only if you learn how to analyze things and accept them as they come and if they can not be change.

I know how you feel. Nothing goes right or just cant get out of bed. Believe in yourself, tell yourself you can do it. Here is a web site you can try this depression quiz, it will help you figure out how depressed you really are...It helped me find out how to get a doctors care.....

See your doctor. Why do you feel those ways inside? IDK but I've been feeling the exact same way but for certain reasons.. I went to the doctor today and got some meds. Hopefully they'll make me better
