It may have been a merit increase or possibly a performance enhancement. Sometimes people get pay for performance. If you do the same job as this other person, watch her and see what she does different then you. Doesn't matter if you're larger then the other person. And it's not nice to call people skanks just because they're thinner then you. If you aren't happy with who you are you are the only one that can change that. Personally I'm considered obese. But I feel fine. Get a better picture of yourself.

You hate me because I work hard, exercise, eat healthy, and maintain an all-around healthy lifestyle in order to stay thin? I don't see why that's a problem to you. You're really incedibly stupid. Thin people work their butts off trying to stay the way they are, and you fat people sit on the couch and chow down on whoppers, french fries and pizza. By the way, no wonder your boss wouldn't give you a raise, you can't even spell it. You spelled "rase." Moron.

Ok, first of all, you are the skank. Who cares if she is skinnier. People are different in sizes, get used to it!!! I'm skinny, along with a lot of other people, you shouldn't criticize us! Unless, they are anorexic.
And for your real question, she is probably better at the job than you are!!!

I'm so sorry but maybe she did a little more than be skinny. Do you catch my drift? Oh, and damn!!!!!!! Is that really you in the photo? I hope to God it isn't 'cause again damn!!!!!! Slim Fast, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc. All are available everywhere.

Ummm well it could be because she was a better employee...it is very harsh to take it out on petite girls cause your boss is a douche and or had good reasons for giving her a raise.....

It wouldn't be fair for him to give someone a raise over you because they're more attractive, I am sure she is more qualified then you and deserved the raise, if not look into it with legal action, otherwise just deal with it.
