I went to subway today and ordered a 12 inch sub. I came home, ate it, and when I was almost done a bandaide fell out. I don't know what I should do. It made me sick I spit out my food and wasn't able to eat tonight. I called up there and they said they will give me a free 12 inch sub, I just feel like that isn't enough. What else should I do?

You did the right thing by calling up and saying that you found a band-aid inside your subway sandwich. It takes a great deal of courage in order to confront and talk to someone about a situation like that whether on the phone or in person. The next step I would take would be to call a health inspector. Foreign items in food that can make people sick is simply unacceptable. Be sure to tell the inspector the exact location of the subway where it happened at so that he can inspect everything in the restaurant and deem whether it is safe or not to even have open. I wish you luck in resolving this conflict.

I think you are supposed to take a picture of the band-aide and the sub. Then go to a lawyer for a free consultation if you want to get some money out of this. I think you should demand more and threaten to take it to court. I bet they will give you 10 free subs! That is gross though, but it happens a lot in restaurants and fast food places.

First off, take a photo of the sub and put the rest of it in a plastic bag and put it all in the freezer. Second, contact the media and explain to them that Subway wants to pay you off by giving you a 12-inch sub. Lastly, contact Subway Headquarters and a lawyer.

that's disgusting and a major problem in terms of transmitting blood-borne viruses. you should DEFINITELY contact your local Health department so that they can run a check on this subway. Contact them BEFORE subway management because if you don't they will anticipate a surprise visit from the deparment of health on your account and make their restaraunt all nice and clean for that day only. Catch them in the act, sneak attacks are the most effective for this type of problem. You should also follow up with your primary care physician, that person could be be carrying all kinds of viruses like hepatitis.

Ask for a lifetime card for free sandwiches anytime you want one...or sue the hell out of them. That is sick to find a nasty old band aid in a sub sandwich.

Save the bandaid and use it in the future when you get a booboo. Also, next time you get a sub, ask them to replace the oil & vinegar with Bactine Spray.

thats sick **** happens but contact the owner of that subway or go stright to the big boss man (headquarters). why is everyone sue happy everyone has a bad day its a bandaide sick yes but no need to sue

maybe you should get some legal advice,find one that will tell you whether or not you would have a good chance of winning the case.thats grose a free sub isnt payment enough.there are lots of lawyers that give free legal advice.
