Here's the logic- not elements because they are made up of two or more elements, all organicss have a carbon backbone and hydrogen side groups.Compounds we know usually have a formula so they could be and we use their common name more so possible they are compounds. My bet they are a mixture-a little more complex than a compund in structure. If so the heteroegenous one is the apple None are the same as the other, natural product is made. But ink and glue are manufactored to precise amounts and concentrations so I'd say they'd be homogenous.
