First of all...
USE FIREFOX instead of internet explorer.
mozilla.com
secondly get some antispyware put on your computer to wipe it once a week.
Adaware, Ewido and SpyBot are the best
goodle them and download them. they're designed to clean your computer of trojans and spyware....
third, download ZoneAlarm FIREWALL to protect things from find their way into your computer without you knowing...
lastly get a good antivirus package
AVG antivirus from Grisoft.com is a good FREE software piece.
then... stop looking at porn and clicking on every link...
Security for your computer is a -process- not a product. You have to pay attention to what you are downloading and/or viewing...
Spyware=programs designed to monitor your internet activity
Malware- programs designed to monitor/alter your internet activity
Trojans- self sustaining viruses or worms that hide in your computer as a non-problematic software piece and then come out of hiding and eat the hell out of your memory.
Use those products and your computer will work better.
Also make sure to download all window's updates and turn on the packaged firewall from the control panel.
I would also recommend purchasing a 1 yr subscription to Norton Security-as they are a back-up security device.

Your virus protector should have a 'turn pop ups off' switch.. get Spybot and turn on auto protect.. spyware is exactly what it says..' tracks you all over the internet.. ' tells marketers what you like and what you visit.. so they can send you more ' junk mail..
