Hold the brush. Wet the brush. Add the toothpaste. Open mouth insert brush. I usually start at the back of my mouth and work my way to the front. I brush my tongue last (this tickles) Then I rinsh my brush and put it back into the holder.

Get a toothbrush,toothpaste.
I suppose u would know that u should put toothpaste on the brush of the toothbrush, then start brushing in and out touching the brush on the teeth, then bite (don't bite the brush) and brush in and out again and in circular motion. Do this for 2minutes (recommended). Best to have no worries===> get an electric brush to do everything for u (except putting toothpaste on for u)
Lastly, FLOSS your teeth.

Brush in circles for 5 minutes. Make sure to get all teeth. It works and whitens teeth.

Do you really need help with brushing your teeth? Come on, now!!! You know how to use a computer and obviously you can type, and yet you don't know how to do a simple task that you should have learned as a child?

1.get a tooth brush and wet it.
2.put toothpaste on and insert into mouth
3.start from front to back going in a circular motion
4.when your done, do the bottom row.
5.when your done with all of your teeth, do your tongue (this prevents bad breath)

I have dentures. I just pull mine out at night and put it in a glass of cleaning solution and stick it back in in the morning.
If you can get on the internet and ask questions surely you know how to brush.

Do u know how to brush your teeth?
1. i walk to the bathroom
2. i take my toothbrush and toothpaste.
3. I squeeze the toothpaste onto my toothbrush.
4. I put the toothbrush in my mouth and start brushing in a circular motion and on my gums and my tounge...GOOD LUCK!
