Hi, I am really bad at snoring. It keeps my partner up late sometimes. Is there a way of curing my snoring? Its killing his sleep.
Thankyou

There are some products at the pharmacy that are supposed to help with snoring. None of them worked for me. I had some plastic braids put into my mouth (in the soft palate) which has reduced my snoring. If you are overweight, losing weight will also reduce snoring. There is another proceedure that involves removing something in your throat that will stop the snoring.

Try sleeping on your side instead of on your back. If none of the OTC remedies are helpful, talk to your doctor.

I know you may not want to hear this but when I lost my 35 pounds I stopped snoring. I still do it sometimes when I am really exhausted but the weight loss really helped.

My husband snores really bad also . I just have him roll on his side and for some reason it seems to work most of the time.

It can be a sign that you have sleep apnea. Your body is struggling to get air into your body. Schedule a sleep study. They have machines called C-PAPS that can help you out a lot ! Good Luck! :)
