mmmmm, if I understand this Q correctly, I'd say, "Nope!" :-))
DO set aside an entire day to do what you enjoy most, as often as possible! ;-))
WHY would that NOT be "normal"? F*ck "normal"! Why do you care abot "normal", anyway? "Normal" is boring!
We do it every day. Sometimes (frequently!) twice, or three times, a day! :-))
And there are some lovely days when we just stay home, and do it ALL day long (interspersed with cuddling, kissing, conversation, massage, eating, snacking, and sleep)!
Whatever works for you!
I think you need to grow up, get over yourself, and stop asking Q for your own amusement.

Hmmm! Questions you have. Normality you seek. Answers there be. Doing it good. All day better. Picking a day the best. Fear not spontaneity. Variety fun, happiness it will bring.

No, you're completely on key. Sometimes, people just need a day to cut loose, have a little sex (or a lot) and relax. Now, unless you're setting aside EVERYDAY, you would be completely normal.

Doing...what? I wouldn't say it's completely normal to spend a whole day doing any one thing, unless it's for research like, say, Thoreau.

you do this in the beginning of a relationship for about 3 - 6 months, then typically, the woman tires of it.
