yeah if people want to waste their money on that then it should be their right.

although i hate gambling myself, really, but .. just think this way
if US ban it, that will mean no US company will do that, and that will mean some other companies based in other countries (africa, asia, etc) will get less competition and will get the market (because sadly there is always a demand for it .. people just want to play)
now, the question is this .. would it be better for you to know if you play on a US registered casino (which you can sue if they ripp you off, and which is bound with US laws) , or would it be better to play with a foreign casino which can ripp you off any moment and you barely can do just anything .. ??
and finaly .. this is a free world, so if someone wants to play, do we have the right to FORCE him to not play ?
I think it is better to EDUCATE people that the gambling is bad instead of baning it ..

Yes it should, because if you want to wast your money, or just have fun responsibly then that is your call, but if you have a problem then you prob should stay away from the computer! No matter what you do there is allways going to be somthing like this. If we get one thing baned then somthing worse will start!!!!
Better to just let thing work as they are now!
