After knowing some info about your car I might be able to help further. For now, here goes. THREE things cause your description: Alignment, Neglect or Driving style. It sounds like alignment has been ruled out. So.......
Once you establish a bad wear pattern your tires will not un-wear themselves. Rotation is as important as is pressure. If you do not religiously (6-8K) rotate them the fronts will always show more wear on the outside shoulder. If you drive/steer aggressively the portion of the tire that makes your car move(outer edge) will wear faster than the rest of the tread elements.

If the dealer adjusted the toe correctly then your problem is simply low tire air pressure.
The mechanic should have checked the pressure before any aalignment was made.
Caster and camber are adjustments that are usually altered by an accident or something severe damages the front end.
When you take your vehicle in for an "alignment" for $39.95 or so you get a toe adjustment, that is all.
When the weather changes by 30 degres or so your tire pressures will be affected, up or down, like winter to summer.
Check your tires at least every two weeks, check them at the coolest part of the day, usually in the a.m. after the car has been sitting and tires are also cool or at ambient temp.
Most tire dealers will check your tire pressure for free, just stop in when they are not real busy.

Uneven wear on one edge of a tire is a symptom of misalignment - take it in for a wheel alignment. If both edges of the tire wear, that is from underinflation.

Hello, Your problem could be struts(if car has same),shocks.
It probably is not either one,but my guess would be to
take it to a good garage or tire dealer and have the front
aligned,lot's of luck.

Your camber needs to be adjusted. Camber is the amount of toe in and tow out, which is an adjustment that decides how your tires wear agaist the pavement. An adjustment that will eventually wear the outside of the tires out is called toe out. Here's an image:

Go to just about any tire, car performance shop and they'll fix it for ya.

sounds like you need to put the correct amount of air in your tires. outside wear means theyre running low on air the middle too much air. also feel for bumps on your tires this will indicate also bad shocks which will cause vibration.

Bring it somewhere else to have alignment checked. Toe in adjustment may be off. Vibration over bumps usually indicates a worn component.
