Lets say you went to school. A teacher gave everyone a test but you. The teacher saw you didn't have a test, yet wouldn't give you one. How would you react? If you don't take it, you fail the course.

Lets say you have this teacher for two classes. They refused to give you a test in one class. Was I right to refuse to not take the test the next period that they gave me for another class until they gave me the last test? I have stood by an unusual approach to receiving this test, for it worked. Yet, people always asked am I immoral with this?

I'd raise my hand and ask for a test. You can't expect that the teacher will notice everything, and you need to take reponsibility for yourself.

I'dbe really confused as to why I wasnt receiving a test, and ask for an explanation. If the teacher refused to give one, or gave a pathetic attempt or unsatisfactory answer, Id march down to the office and complain to the principal. The teacher could get fired for that!

1. Ask teacher why you weren't given a test.
2. Tell principal teacher didn't give you test.
3. Tell parents teacher didn't give you test.
4. Call your congressman.
5. Call the president.

Easy...you state out-loud "Mr / Mrs Doe, looks like you missed my desk area...may I have a copy of the test, please." The point of the making the statement is to highlight the obvious...he/she did not provide you with a test for you to answer. And, of course, you know that if will fail is you do not take it...so the responsibility belongs to you as far as getting the test in your hands. Other lawyerisim on your part is truly wasted time...do not go there!

Good luck...hope you studied hard.

i would begin by asking for a test
does not give, then start demanding
does not give, then complain to office
is nothing avails, possibly attack teacher, then attempt to get a test paper
then run away
if that doesn't work, get really pissed off and continually attempt last step

I would ask for it of course. That may be part of your test.

I'd talk to the principal about it. If you don't get any satisfaction then, go to the superintendent.
