Please be respect of our "president" in your replies.
He is obviously having difficulty mastering the related concepts of (1)Waging War So As To Win One--ANY One of Them, (2) Having Enough Military To Say That There Actually Is a War Since Wars Require Opposing Sides, (3) Keeping the Variety and Number of Your Enemies Under Control So You Can Defeat Somebody--ANYBODY--At Some Point in Time and Make it Stick, (4) Not Spend So Much that the Economy Looks Like A Muffin the Dog Sat On After Mouthing It A Few Times, (5) Keeping One's Political Party Alive At Mid-Term Elections When the WHOLE WORLD Hates You, (6) Getting Somebody, ANYBODY, to Listen to Your Speeches Even When the Audience has been Hired from Rent-A-Crowd Corporation, and (7) Wondering What Kind of Devilment The Israelis Are Going to Pull Off Next.
So, the topic is our national leader--the best our political system produces to lead us. Do you think he is upping the ante in hopes of regaining all his losses to date?

NOTE TO IAREDDAWG--Some of these miscreats don't know that Down and Dirty is a poker game and not a political tactic for an Asker.
I know what you refer to, though, as I LOVE poker. Too bad I'm so bad at it, though.

That's a very good point!! I hadn't thought of that. What he has reminded me of for the last few years is the businessman who keeps pouring his life savings into a failed business venture not realizing that he is "throwing good money after bad."
I don't think he paid attention in business school as the first thing they teach you is "When your business is a loser, do not invest further money into it. Get out before it bankrupts you." That is the meaning of "throwing good money after bad."
Bush does it not only with billions of our tax dollars, but also with the lives of our American soldiers. It is so sickening to watch.

Yes, and I've never looked at it quite that way before.
Oh no, I can just see it now. He will concoct the defense that he has a gambling addiction, and therefore, cannot be tried for any of his misadventures since taking office.
It gets deeper (the s*** pile) every day. No need to wonder what tomorrow will bring.

Henry Kissinger, "the president whisperer", is telling GW Bush that he must have victory in Iraq as the only acceptable exit strategy. He felt that the US lost in Vietnam because "America lost its resolve". So, yes, he is going "all in" and hoping for a win in Iraq and at the polls. Good analogy.

"An aide to the prime minister of Canada called President Bush a moron. Well that's not fair. Here's a guy who never worked a day in his life, got rich off his Dad's money, lost the popular vote and ended up president. That's not a moron, that's genius!" —Jay Leno

Yes, he does, he is going to take us broke by doing it. He is running out of chips and this election will tell if he has lost another hand and might have to leave the game.

This question doesn't even make sense, so I guess the answer is NO.
Your question is poorly thought out and shows that you lack the basic concept of critical thought. Don't sweat it though, most of you young people do, vote how Greenday and Jon Stewart tells you right?
When will you realize you can't spend your life doing what the TV tells you?
