by adding water into a plastic bottle with high compressed air pressure. Which will make the cap at the end shot off forcing the water to shot the plastic bottle in the air. If you get a high enough pressure in the bottle you can shot the bottle 50 feet in the air.

First find out how much air you can fit into the rocket without it exploding.
Then make it airtight, pump the maximum amount of air in it with a compressor and pull the hose out. The rockets shouls soar.
