What is the name of the server?
Mostly help others and they'll help you.
Or if you a WOW fanatic join a guild...tons of them out there for all types of people.

This is definitely not the place to look for buddies on WoW...
Over time, you'll meet people who you've grouped with and you can add them to your friends list to group with later.
Also, start looking for a guild. That way you can meet people/group easier.
