I recently dropped my cell phone on a cement driveway and it broke into pieces.

I was able to put it back together and it turns on, but the buttons no longer work, so I am going to have to get a new cell phone.

I understand that in order to transfer the information from my current phone to the new phone, I have to have an intact SIMM card.

Can you please tell me what a SIMM card looks like so that I can make sure I have it when I go to the phone store?

it is probably white, a rectangular shape with one corner cut off, and the service provider company name on it. it has a golden color metal contact plate on the back and probably says sim card on it. it will be under the battery compartment.

a sim card is about half a inch long and a qurter inch wide and it has a notch in one of the quarters. its very hard to miss. if you can't find, you prolly missed it when you were putting it back together
