0 % Chance. If anyone thinks that this war was orchestrated and is being driven by one political party in America, you are an empty-headed drone in love with the lies of the mass media.

Almost impossible.
It is far more likely to start another war, this time in Iran.
There is no way can the Republicans lose the election, because they control all the electronic voting machines, which are rigged to ensure a Republican win.
Additionally, there is a strong likelyhood og the Government conducting another 9/11 this time blamed on Iranians, in order to justify war on Iran, and to gain the sympathy of the electorate.

No chance. Wars aren't settled by elections and politics. Recent history should have proven that. Wars are settled by letting those with knowledge lead the wars and letting them do what must be done to win a war without letting bureaucrats tie their hands together.

The election will not settle the war in Iraq, because THIS secret and evil group has been in control of everything for far too long!...

None...the decider is not up for election. No matter what anyone says it is the settled policy of the US (both parties) to see Iraq through to a successful end.

I don't think it will help, while bringing the troops home is the best idea, it will not happen, the truth is we made a mess there and we need to do everything in our power to fix it. There might come a time when both party's say no to George Bush and congress will cut off the funding. There is nothing that Bush can do but bring them home then.

The election will not help the war at all. But it will help our reputation with other countries. Once we have a new leader, I think that others will give us a second chance. Lets hope we dont ruin it.

None. There will always be war in the Middle-East. It's a shame, but their mind-set is not on democracy, but to serve their God. They pray five times a day, greet and leave each other with words of God and cut off the heads of those who are not of their faith.

How can we expect them to be happy with freedom. If freedom and democracy is what they are looking for - why hasn't any "groups" in their history ever fought for it? Really fought for it.

very slim. in fact, the election will probably make it worse. with all of the extremists over there, many people that dare to vote would be murdered, by them. it would also be another reason for them to set off bombs. even if somebody ends up being elected, it isn't as if he/she would have any power whatsoever over the many extreme anti-americans that would make attempts at his/her life every day.
