I watched the season premire yesterday but couldn't follow what Lucy did wrong and why she was fighting w/ Kevin and why she needed to apologize to the congregation. Can someone please tell me!!

Lucy miscarried her twin babies. She's not pregnant anymore and is having a hard time with the loss.
She talked about how it was everybody's fault in front of the congregation.
