It all goes back to President Clinton lowering moral standards. Everybody saw him do that, and realized they had no reason to obey any moral precepts at all any more. That is why Bush started the war, why he put the country a trillion dollars in debt to Communist China, and why he went on a golfing vacation while Katrina was destroying New Orleans. So you see, the $65 million of tax money spent by Republicans researching President Clinton's private life was well spent, after all--it is a perfect excuse for anybody to do anything. Hmmmmm. Just Kidding!!! But don't kid yourself, there are people who probably believe that.
