i live in florida and have had a fuel charge on my bill since summer....the fuel charge is usually within a few dollars of the actual electric charges....and although fuel prices are dropping steadily at the pumps the fuel charges on my electric bill have not decreased. any thoughts???

fuel CHARGE??? i think it's been there all along maybe you just didn't see it , i live in Fla too has your elect bill went up very much?? you can also call FPL and ask them to explain your bill to you that's what i had to do when my elec went so high , hope this helps you

We've had fuel charges on our electric and gas (heating & cooking) for the home for several years now. Nothing new in this neck of the woods.........
