I can trade Kevin Jones RB for T.J. Houshmandzadeh or for Roy Williams, or Reggie Williams, or Jerricho Cotchery. Or should I forget that trade and trade DeShaun Foster for Amani Toomer.

Bottom line is this: I have Kevin Jones, Thomas Jones, Lamont Jordon (who nobody wants…damn Raiders!), DeShaun Foster, and Kevin Faulk. I really need a good WR. What should I do? I have some serious trade anxiety, I would be happiest not trading at all, but I really need a good wide receiver.

Make that trade. It may be true that WR's are less reliable that RB's, but Kevin Jones is an exception to that rule. Mike Martz is known for basically completely abandoning the run, so Jones will see less and less carries as the season progresses. Houshmandzadeh is a top 10 WR, so take the chance to get him.

Stay away from Old Man Toomer. The only RB on your roster that he is worth is Kevin Faulk.

I would do it - if you can swing foster or faulk that would clearly be better - but TJ is a solid WR, and the Bengals throw a lot. He's not Chad Johnson - but I'd almost rather have TJ anyway!

Besides, you have RB depth (not great depth, but you can fill your roster for sure). Lamont Jordan will be hard to shop around, so let him prove to you whether he's worth it or not. It's early.

I would trade him because kevin jones plays for a terrible team committed to the pass since MIke MArtz is head coach and did you notice he never ran the ball with Steven Jackson is ST. LOuis and only passed with Marc Bulger? Same thing in Detroit, he's a coach committed to the pass so trade kevin jones. Plus jones sucks thi syear anyway and isnt that valuable to have.

that's a good trade, Chad Johnson takes the double coverage off TJ, lots of endzone looks. Foster would be a good deal as well

Take the trade. I have Houshmandzadeh and he'll put up numbers and once he comes off the bye nothing but points, points, points.

Hold on to a starting RB. WRs are spotty and are easier to find.
